How ordering with Urara Card Shop works

Request an order, wait for confirmation, then pay. Tracking comes after it ships from Japan.

• How do I place an order?

  Add the boxes you want on the quick order page, then request an order. Urara Card Shop checks stock, confirms your total, and emails a Stripe Checkout link. You don't pay until the request is approved.

• Who takes care of my order?

  Urara Card Shop does. This is their shop for sealed Japanese booster boxes. They confirm the request, ship from Japan, and send tracking.

• What is the minimum order?

  Orders need at least 5 boxes, combined across any sets. That keeps shipping efficient from Japan.

• How does pricing work?

  Prices are the seller's current list price per sealed box. The unit price does not change with quantity. Shipping and a service fee are added when you review the order summary.

• When do I pay?

  Nothing is charged when you submit a request. After the order is confirmed, you get a Stripe Checkout link so you can pay by card. Pay when you're ready, and only for what can ship.

• How does shipping work?

  After payment, the order ships internationally from Japan with tracking once the parcel is on the way. Transit is usually a few business days after it leaves, depending on customs in your country.

• What if a set is unavailable?

  If something can't ship, you'll hear from the seller and the order can be adjusted. You're never charged for items that can't ship.

• Who do I contact with a question?

  Urara Card Shop handles support for every order placed on this site. Use the email on your order confirmation, or your account.
